Youth Work Resources
One of the most frustrating things is when you know that there is something out there to help you, but you don't know where to find it. If you have tried google, but to no avail, then why not try us? We have a Resource Centre stocked with everything that a youth worker might want. We even have an online catalogue so you can search for whatever you want. We have a large range of books, covering theology, how to set up a youth group, ideas for sessions, group study material, Nooma DVDs (a complete set!), employment manuals, youth Bibles and books for young people
If we think that you might want it, we have it. Outside this, we also have a range of other things that you can borrow, from a labyrinth kit (if you don't know what we mean, ask!) to parachutes, CDs and dataprojectors. All we ask is that you become a member before you borrow things. Membership is free, books are free to borrow, but CDs, DVDs and some other things have a nominal charge for their use. We can, in exceptional circumstances, post resources if you are unable to get to us while we are open.
There are also plenty of resources on the web and the National Resources Exhibition for the whole of fthe country meets annually in May, and in our diocese too. See CRE website for details.
