PCCs and Incumbents
We serve PCCs and incumbents in a variety of ways, from facilitating whole PCC away days, to helping incumbents to reflect on current ministry and opportunities for change and growth. We often get calls asking simple questions like ‘what do I do if a young person wants to get involved in leading a CU at the local school’ to more complex issues about structuring youthwork safely and for growth in faith. We even talk about what success looks like in youthwork. PCCs sometimes call on our expertise with questions about how to handle difficult situations and working with townwide projects. Some of the more important things that we do for PCCs and Incumbents are to provide a sounding board for ideas and to help you to reflect on your current work. We help PCCs and incumbents who have regular contact with hundreds of young people and those who last had contact with a young person some time ago.
If you think that some of this describes how you would like us to help you, then get in touch.
